Inside the apartment
A spacious entrance hallway leads into a bright and comfortable living room with a large Smart TV and two sets of patio doors opening onto the front terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a lovely sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table seating six and has direct access to the rear balcony. A modern family bathroom, located at the end of the hallway, also includes a washing machine for your convenience.
The three spacious double bedrooms each feature a double bed, TV, wardrobe and dressing table, with patio doors opening directly onto the wrap-around balcony. Wake up to beautiful panoramic views across Kalamaki and Laganas Bay.

Kalamaki and around
The apartment is ideally situated close to the famous Michaelos Taverna, just a few minutes' walk from the crossroads leading to both Kalamaki Old Street and Kalamaki Main Street, where you'll find an excellent selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Crystal Beach sits at the bottom of Old Street, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the apartment.
Several nearby hotel swimming pools also welcome non-residents, making this the perfect base to enjoy everything Kalamaki - and the wider island of Zakynthos - has to offer.

Down at the bottom of Kalamaki Old Street - a gentle 10-15 minute walk from the apartment - the cliffs open out onto Crystal Beach, with sunbeds, a beach bar and calm, shallow water looking across Laganas Bay.
